How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped out within 7-10 days from when you’ve placed your order, although often times we are able to ship quicker. Know that we are a very small team and we do our best to ship orders efficiently and quickly. Most packages take 2-3 days in transit to reach your home. In some cases we do offer rush shipping. Please contact us, if necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally directly currently (we do for Canada & Mexico), but you can use Shipito.com or similar service to ship anywhere! Here's the dimensions and weights for each size of Nova Scope boxed:

What are the little bits inside my Nova Scope?
The little glass pieces inside each Nova Scope is the Nova Blast! They reflect and refract the light inside your scope creating variation to the shapes within, particularly when they are near the sphere on the end. Protip: while viewing your Nova Scope, tip it upwards to experience the "blast!" Some Nova Scopes have more or less, depending on the artist's intentions.
How do I buy one?
